The Riddell SpeedFlex Youth helmet is engineered to deliver next-level protection and comfort for developing athletes. With variable liner components produced through additive manufacturing, it provides tunable performance for improved impact response and energy management.

Using Riddell’s extensive Tru-Fit head scan database along with an athlete’s head circumference, the SpeedFlex Youth determines the ideal shell size and liner configuration. This ensures a secure, contoured fit and Tru-Fit–like comfort—achieved through its advanced interior liner system—without requiring a 3D head scan.

The helmet also incorporates Riddell’s signature Flex System, which helps reduce impact forces by allowing controlled movement in key areas of the shell and facemask. Combined with the Ratchet-Loc retention system and easily replaceable pads, athletes benefit from a fit that is both secure and adaptable throughout a season of play.
